Shipping Information

The shipping cost for packages up to 2 kg is €4.00 (plus 24% VAT). For each additional kilogram, there is a surcharge of €1.00 (plus 24% VAT) per kilogram.

The processing time for each order, after successful registration in our system by 17:00, is up to 5 working days for dispatch. Any delay due to product shortages or issues with transportation by the responsible carriers is not the responsibility of our company, except for the return of funds for fully paid orders, using the same method of payment.

Delivery times to recipients depend on international shipping standards, and our company is not responsible for any delays or damages during transport.

For all orders, exchanges are possible, provided that a clear written agreement is made via email beforehand.

Each shipment has a unique order code, which allows the customer to track their package at any time, from the moment it is dispatched by the company. In any case, we are obligated to provide this number to the customer upon request, when the shipment is made via courier and not through an agency.

For orders of specialized products, which may require clarifications, it is recommended to contact our company by phone to avoid mistakes.

Goods are always shipped at the buyer's risk and expense. They can be insured only upon the buyer's written request, and at their own cost. Shipping costs for the goods are borne by the buyer.

For wholesale quantity orders, always contact the orders department for any discounts, offers, or gifts you may be entitled to.
Pickup from the Physical Store
For successful pickup from our physical store, you must first be notified in writing via email (and/or) SMS, (and/or) by phone call, confirming the availability of the products and that they are ready for pickup at the store.
